During her vacation, Samantha Bush uploaded a series of Instagram Stories in which her family had to climb a flight of stairs for cocktails in Positano, a cliff-view village on the Amalfi Coast in southern Italy.
With four races left until the end of the regular season, Kyle Busch would have wanted to get some rest before NASCAR action resumes at Richmond Raceway. But if Samantha Bush’s Instagram Stories are to be believed, it seems his trip is not as relaxing as he had hoped.
Kyle Busch’s family experiences a tiring cocktail adventure
The Bush family seems to be making the most of their Italian vacation. Kyle was spotted enjoying the various things Lo Stivale has to offer along with Samantha Bush and their two children, Brexton Locke and Lennix Key. Now, it seems Samantha Bush’s parents are also getting involved, with her Instagram story showing the family searching for cocktails in Positano. Unfortunately for the family, the cliffside village is known for having a lot of stairs, which made the experience especially stressful for Samantha’s parents. “So now I’m dragging everyone to get cocktails,” Samantha Bush said in an Instagram story uploaded on August 2, 2024. But we didn’t tell Mom and Dad that Positano is like this: stairs, stairs, and more stairs. ” Seeing the exhausted expressions of Kyle Busch and her parents, she continued: “Let’s go”. In a subsequent Instagram story, a thoroughly amused Samantha Bush said: “According to my dad, I would kill my parents in Italy to buy an apparel spritz on those stairs.”
Judging by her latest update, the family finally found a place to have cocktails, but Samantha Bush counted 20,257 steps while searching for it. Samantha, a fashion designer and lifestyle blogger, is making waves in Italy for her outfits. Her social media updates also show that she really enjoys the local cuisine. She posted a series of videos showing her family enjoying rustic Italian meals and various desserts.
Meanwhile, 39-year-old Kyle Busch is having the worst season of his NASCAR career. The Richard Childress Racing driver has not won a single time all season, and with only four regular season races remaining, it is entirely possible he will not. Busch is currently 18th in the drivers’ standings, but has retired five of 22 races, including two top-five finishes and six top-10 finishes. As the season continues at Richmond Raceway, Rowdy is hoping a trip to Italy will refresh him and turn things around. But the latest from Samantha Bush suggests her journey is anything but relaxing.
Kyle and Samantha share reactions from the ‘Path of Gods’ hike
It seems Kyle and Samantha Bush’s search for cocktails wasn’t the only reason they had to climb stairs in Italy. As part of their “relaxing” getaway, the couple was also spotted enjoying a strenuous hike with their son Brexton Locke. Known as the “Path of the Gods,” the hike starts in a small mountain village and descends to the coastal town of Positano. Samantha Bush commented on her decision to take on the long, beautiful hike in her Instagram story: “Or you can choose the alternative route, like me, by climbing 1,500 steps and then descending.” “After a bottle of wine last night, climbing the stairs seemed like a very good option. But at this point, I’m skeptical.”
In a follow-up story, Samantha told viewers that the hike had 1,800 steps, not 1,500. Meanwhile, Kyle Busch, with the frustrated look he’s seen so often this season, said, “Yes, it’s the way to God! By the time I get there, I’m dead.” It seems Rowdy can’t rest even on vacation this year.
