Danica Patrick has ignited a curious conspiracy theory involving the 46th President of the United States, Joe Biden. The former NASCAR driver shared an Instagram reel comparing Biden’s current appearance to how he looked in 2008.
The Instagram account, known for its well-researched content and 365,000 followers, posted a video comparing Biden’s portraits from 2008 and 2024. The images suggested that the 81-year-old Biden has aged in a seemingly reversed manner. Surprised by the stark difference, Danica Patrick reposted the video with an eerie tone, contributing to the conspiracy theory.
Danica Patrick’s Motorsports Journey and NASCAR’s Political Leanings
Danica Patrick’s journey in motorsports began in 1992 when she was just ten years old. She dropped out of high school in 1998 to chase her racing dream, competing in open-wheel events like Formula Vauxhall and Formula Ford.
In 2005, Patrick made her IndyCar debut and in 2008, she won the Indy Japan 300 race, becoming the only woman to win an IndyCar Series race. In 2010, she entered the NASCAR Xfinity Series with JR Motorsports and stayed until her final race, the 2014 Daytona 300. She debuted in the Cup Series at the 2012 Daytona 500 with Stewart-Haas Racing.
After five full-time seasons with SHR, Patrick had her last Cup race with Premium Motorsports at the 2018 Daytona 500. Her final full season was in 2017, finishing 28th in the championship with 511 points, achieving two top-10 finishes at the Can-Am Duels in Daytona and the AAA 400 Drive for Autism in Dover.
Patrick, having spent five years in the Xfinity Series and seven in the Cup Series, is well-acquainted with NASCAR’s political atmosphere. She commented on the sport’s political preferences, stating, “Well I mean, where I came from NASCAR, I mean I don’t know if there’s anybody really very liberal or Democrat in the whole garage. It’s very Republican, very conservative,” during an interview on the Tucker Carlson Network on YouTube.
