Chase Elliott talk on issue affecting short track racing, urges NASCAR to use tier…

Poor short track racing due to traffic jams and lack of ability to overtake cars on the track was a major problem in the Next Generation era. Last week’s race at Bristol showed that this problem could be solved by introducing steps with more rubber waste. Chase Elliott believes this is the right path for NASCAR.

Chase Elliott is now turning his focus to his next COTA race. He has yet to break his winning streak and has yet to secure a top-five finish this season. Given his short track talent, COTA is the place to break the flow and get back to winning ways.

Chase Elliott breaks down how piloting his $1.8 million private jet helps him ‘challenge his mind’

Chase Elliott reveals what’s always on his mind.

Hendrick Motorsports’ Chase Elliott is the most well-known driver among classic NASCAR fans. The reason he has so many fans is because he is the son of former Cup winner and record winner Bill Elliott.

Born into a racing family, he was destined to be a NASCAR diver and was racing professionally full-time by the time he entered his freshman year of high school.

Chase Elliott didn’t finish his studies until his second semester of high school to focus on racing full-time. He always missed thought-provoking educational challenges. To overcome this, Elliott began learning to fly airplanes. So flying a $1.8 million private jet was an added challenge, but he missed it because he couldn’t drop out of high school and go to college.

Elliott has already proven that leaving his high school to focus on his career was the right decision. He was quickly named to his list of 75 greatest athletes of all time and is already a champion. The 28-year-old has won 18 cup races so far and still has many years left to achieve even more in the sport.
