Chase Elliott gives details of his participation in Season 2 of ‘NASCAR: Full Speed’: ‘I just want to go fast’

This year, Chase Elliott hopes to be the last one in the NASCAR Playoffs in Phoenix. But will he appear in the Netflix series if there is a season 2? Things are pointing to a return to NASCAR: Full Speed, but that’s probably not the case for Elliott. The first season of the Netflix show gave the crew plenty of access to Denny Hamlin and his 23XI Racing drivers Tyler Reddick and Bubba Wallace.

There’s a reason they appear so often on the show. This is because the staff allowed them to enter the scene and take pictures. At home, at the racetrack, in the camper, anywhere. While speaking with Dale Arnard Jr. on Dale Jr. Download, Chase Elliott spoke about his possible participation on the show. It seems like he doesn’t want to get involved. Plus, he hasn’t even seen season 1 yet. “I don’t know.

Elliott told Junior, “Obviously, I didn’t do it last year. I didn’t watch it at all,” so I think the first step to answering that question is to take a little look. How annoying it is to be here all the time. You know, this may not be the funniest thing or the most popular answer, but hey, I just want to be quick and do my job at a high level. And if I feel like something is trying to take me away, I’ll probably say no to it. ”

Chase Elliott should participate in Netflix series

For NASCAR’s most popular driver, opting out of a Netflix series about the sport isn’t ideal. Chase Elliott has a right to privacy. No one should force him to do anything he doesn’t want to do or that would be detrimental to his career.

But at some point you have to become an ambassador for the sport. If NASCAR wants to be successful in the future, it has to work for it. It’s not enough to show up on the weekend, race on Sunday, and wave to a few fans here and there. Chase Elliott struggled last year. That can’t be denied. He needs to get back on track before he starts worrying about Netflix shows or even the playoffs. This weekend’s COTA could be the race he needs to get back into his groove.

It is understandable to not want camera crews in your house. Then again, most of us aren’t NASCAR superstars like Chase Elliott. I hear where he’s coming from, I do. There is just more that the Most Popular Driver, a former champion of the sport, has to do to promote and advance the sport in the media.
