Dallas Cowboys Draft Tryon Smith’s Replacement In Latest NFL Mock Draft
The Dallas Cowboys will be considering a number of options to improve their offensive line in the 2024 NFL Draft. They did not return left tackle Tyron Smith, who went to the New York Jets in NFL free agency. In the latest 2024 NFL mock draft published by Bleacher Report, the Dallas Cowboys selected offensive lineman Tyler Guyton with the 24th pick. He played college football at the University of Oklahoma. Bleacher Report’s scouting department had this to say about Guyton:
The idea of signing Guyton with Dallas is for him to replace Smith in the future. They need to rejuvenate offensively and not have people learn different positions they are not comfortable with. The Dallas Cowboys have been criticized for not making many moves this offseason.
Guyton is 1.85 meters tall and weighs 145 kg. He needs to hit the NFL quickly, as the Dallas Cowboys need to replace Tyron Smith at the left tackle position. Smith is one of the best left tackles in the NFL, and while it won’t be easy to replace him, they need to find the next piece at one of the most important positions in the NFL.
