Retired NASCAR driver Kevin Harvick and his wife, DeLana Harvick, have sold their South Charlotte estate for $10 million—$2.5 million below their initial asking price.
Located on nearly 4.5 acres in the 1900 block of Bent Branch Drive near Carmel Road in SouthPark, the couple bought the property for about $3.34 million in 2014.
The buyer’s identity remains undisclosed, and the Harvicks are still listed as the owners. Realtor Heather Gibbs of Corcoran HM Properties confirmed the sale last month.
The home, within walking distance of Charlotte Country Day School, has a 2024 tax-assessed value of $8.485 million—$4.5 million for the land, $3.9 million for the house, and $38,700 for other features.
The 9,157-square-foot gated villa includes six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms. The property features a pool house, a guest house, and a 3-acre turfed backyard with a putting green and multiple tee boxes.
The pool house has a full kitchen and indoor-outdoor dining areas, while the guest house offers a private entrance, gym, arcade, golf simulator, kitchen, and office.
Inside, the main residence includes five guest suites, a home theater, a playroom, and a primary suite with a private porch, lounge, dual baths, and a multi-level closet.
In 2023, the Harvicks bought a $6.75 million Cornelius mansion, famously used for the “Dear Lord Baby Jesus” dinner scene in Talladega Nights.
