In NASCAR, family legacies are practically a birthright. From Dale Earnhardt Jr. carrying on his father’s legacy to Kyle and Richard Petty upholding the Petty dynasty, generational talent runs deep in the sport. Chase Elliott continues to prove that Bill Elliott’s winning spirit lives on, making it seem like NASCAR kids are practically born ready to race. Now, Bubba Wallace might be setting the stage for his son to join that tradition.
Ahead of the Daytona 500, Wallace shared an adorable moment with his wife, Amanda, and their four-month-old son, Becks Hayden Wallace, right on the track. Baby Becks, dressed in a checkered-flag-themed outfit, immediately stole fans’ hearts. The post, humorously captioned “212 months until Becks’ Daytona debut,” had fans wondering—could Bubba already be preparing the next NASCAR star?
Since Becks’ birth, Wallace has embraced fatherhood, sharing heartfelt moments with his son. When Becks arrived last September, Bubba excitedly announced, “Amanda and I would like to introduce you to Becks Hayden! We were blessed with his presence Sunday 9/29. Nine months of waiting on this little guy, and he’s made it all worth it! So excited for this journey!”

For the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season, Wallace decided to take his pride as a father to the track. He added Becks’ tiny footprints to the back of his racing helmet, saying, “Got little man riding with us on all our helmets this year.” That special touch seemed to bring some extra luck as Wallace finally broke through at Daytona. During the opening Duel race, he secured his first-ever Duel victory with a strong push from teammate Tyler Reddick, holding off the competition in the final laps. After years of near misses, including two runner-up finishes at Daytona, the win was a defining moment for Bubba.
While Wallace celebrated his long-awaited victory, baby Becks was winning over the NASCAR community. Fans flooded the comments section with excitement, with Ryan Blaney’s wife, Gianna Tulio, cheering him on and former teammate Kurt Busch gushing over Becks, calling him “adorbs.” One fan even predicted, “Beck Wallace #23! (In the future).”
Between Bubba’s big win and Becks’ charming trackside debut, it was a night to remember. Now, with momentum on his side, Wallace hopes to take it one step further and capture his first Daytona 500 victory. And maybe, just maybe, Becks will one day follow in his father’s footsteps and make his own mark on the legendary track.
